- On August 21, 2023, Novaref had launched into operation the new production line of capacity of 22,500 tons/year equipped with start-of-the-art automatic control equipment and it doubles our production capacity, to 45,000 tons/year of refractory castable and gunning mixes, which ensure our supply ability for customer demands.

At Novaref we conduct internal personnel training on annual basis for professional and skill improvement for:

- Technical basics of refractory technology and related downstream industries, QA & QC procedure and standards in refractory production, ISO management system.

- Occupational Health and Safety, 5S, Fire Safety Regulations and Measures.

- Welding skill, forklift operation, crane operation, scaffolding installation.
