INTRODUCTION

Novaref JSC. is a refractory manufacturer and solution provider specialized in unshaped refractories, currently leading in Vietnam in terms of technical advantage, production capacity and market volume.

The combination of technology expertise with refractory production practices, thorough understanding of the market and material use conditions in industrial furnaces that we have experienced for more than 20 years, together with a dedicated and professional manpower - that is the strength of Novaref.

As refractory service life in industrial furnaces is usually not easy to predict, our motto is to provide for our customers the Total Refractory Solution, that includes:

• Consulting on refractory use solutions and refractory lining design

• Production of monolithic and full-line supply of refractories for industrial furnaces

• Refractory installation and repair service

• Technical supervision and refractory failure analysis.

Production capacity and service

Novaref JSC. currently has 2 factories producing refractories in Hoa Mac Industrial Park - Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province. Factory 1 with an area of 10,000 m2 - is the main factory with 5 production lines for refractory castables, gunning mixes, tap-hole clays, ramming mixes, etc. with an automatic production equipment system from Eirich (Germany). Factory 2 produces precast shapes products, fabrication of refractory anchors and raw materials recycling, with an area of 20,000 m2.

Production capacity by main categories:

• Refractory castables and gunning mixes: 45,000 tpa

• Plastic and ramming mixes:                        5,000 tpa

• Tap-hole clays (Gun mud):                       10,000 tpa

• Refractory precast shapes:                         5,000 tpa

• Refractory materials recycling:               10,000 tpa

Besides, we also provide a full scope of other refractories for industrial furnaces such as refractory bricks and insulating bricks, ceramic fiber, calcium silicate and other refractory materials for industrial furnaces.

We provide the refractory installation service to our clients as a part of Total Refractory Solution.

Our precast shapes and refractory castable products are used in customer projects in Europe, the US, South America, the Middle East, India, Australia and Southeast Asia.
